You don't need to apply to DO.

Anywhere you want.
Do you do anything for fun other than drink? Injecting mice and serving as an ambassador for a biology department doesn't count. How do you demonstrate your interest in medical art history? Speaking of which, why isn't Netter on your list? Only med school I know of named for a physician who was also an artist.

Thanks for your reply! No, all I do is drink. /s
I do have hobbies (including scientific drawings) but since they were not involved in any of my listed/organized activities I didn't think they were essential to include in this post. Medical art history is one of those things that is a hobby, all I can really say about it is that I like to read old books in my spare time haha. I'll look into Netter though, I did not know Quinnipiac's med school was established in his honor.

Adding to
You should include something that you do for fun. It can be athletics, artistic endeavor, hobby, etc. Some adcom members like to see that you have something going on that is unrelated to science and medicine.
There are a few schools that appreciate artistic creativity and observation. Medical humanities is a big deal at some schools which might appeal to you.

You don't need to apply DO; the IA for alcohol doesn't matter all that much given that your application is otherwise stellar. It'll be chalked up to youthful stupidity and won't hurt you that much. You've also got a really strong women's health narrative going for your application - and that plus your solid ECs make you competitive at schools like Harvard, Yale, and Stanford.
