I don’t think you need DO based on your stats. But your ECs are all over the place. There doesn’t seem to be a theme in your activities. You do need in person shadowing-around. 50 hours. You also need more nonclinical volunteering focusing on the unserved/underserved in your community. And projected hours aren’t considered much by ADCOMS. Life happens and they may or may not get done. As far as your clinical experience what exactly do you do and what is the population? Where are you working? Med schools look for longevity in an activity. They like for an story of what/how these activities you have been doing brought you to medicine. If you need another gap year don’t worry. Lots of applicants have gap years. You really only want to apply one time with the best possible application. Good luck.
