Do you have and physician shadowing hours ? How many hours of your EMT-B involved actual contact with acutely ill patients or was is more routine patient transport ?

None of the schools on your list are reaches with your GPA of 3.88 and MCAT of 519. However, with no shadowing and no non clinical volunteering where you have interaction with those who are less fortunate in life several of your schools are reaches. You should add more schools where your stats could help you receive an interview and I suggest these:
