  6. Clinical experience (volunteer and non-volunteer): Total 4350, 2080 working in OR, 600 scribe, 1600 CNA, 70 international mission trip
  7. Research experience and productivity 608 hrs nonclinical lab during undergrad, Biomedical research, no pubs/posters
  8. Shadowing experience and specialties represented: 512 mainly ortho, 80 podiatrist
  9. Non-clinical volunteering: tutor for disadvantaged students (416 hrs), volunteer from club events (1000)
  10. Other extracurricular activities (including athletics, military service, gap year activities, leadership, teaching, etc): President of Pre-med club for two years, Karate student and instructor for 20 years
  11. Relevant honors or awards: Dean’s list first two semesters, Presidents list for the remaining 6 semesters
  12. Anything else not listed you think might be important: two year gap year, graduated in 2021
First time applicant. Not sure what route I should take. Don't know if I'd be eligible for any MD schools with a lower MCAT like that. Don't currently have a school list.
