Remove Geisinger, Arizona, West Virginia and Virginia Tech since they admit few applicants with no connection to the state or region. You could add these schools:
TCU
Rosalind Franklin
Oakland Beaumont
Belmont (when it opens)

Non-clinical volunteering...
Exactly how are you mentoring the junior students? This would fall under teaching/tutoring, and we expect med students to be part of a similar big sib program once you matriculate. It doesn't really help you stand our on service orientation here.

What have you done to really help alleviate distress in the general population off-campus? I commend you for environmental work with beach cleanups, but it would be nice if you worked in a community services office using your Spanish fluency for referring resources for food distribution, housing security, or job placement services. Can you get 150+ hours in this type of activity?

The program involves seniors helping freshmen make friends, find clubs they want to join, acclimate to college life, and overall just feel more integrated in the community.

I would love to do an activity like what you mentioned, but I apply in 3 months and am working full time, so I don't think I will be able to that. Is my volunteering still enough to get in somewhere?

College community building... ok, but it doesn't satisfy service orientation if you read the competency definition. If it were more like Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, it would.

You'll have to ask the schools and go with what you have. I advise based on probability and past experience.
