No. Go ahead and get your application on early.
I agree with Faha.
When you submit your TMDSAS app be sure to state the date of your MCAT retake so schools will look for your new score.
After MCAT is done you'll need to do the CASPer test. 8 of the schools want to see it, and A&M and UTMB also want you to take the brief test Duet, another option on the Altus (CASPer) testing suite.

This is great advice! Thank you both @Faha & @wysdoc

"various non-clinical activities" is rather vague. What do you mean by this for 300+ hours?
Food bank 200+ hours, homeless food prep 50+ hrs, healthcare admin volunteer 60+ hrs all over a long period of time. Nice experiences but no great stories from them. What do you think? @Mr.Smile12

@wysdoc & @Faha & @Mr.Smile12 If I submit my primary application on May 17th (day 1) with my 508 MCAT, would I start getting secondary applications in early to mid June or would they wait until my 2nd MCAT score is released (June 28th release) to screen my application then send me secondaries? I know being early with TMDSAS applications is important so I don't want to hurt my chances by delaying.

I am sure your 508 MCAT score will pass the screens and you should get your secondaries. A better score later will help you when they read your application in detail.
Of the TX schools A&M does not send secondary invitations (you're expected to go look at their website after you have submitted the primary and sign up for an account, then get the secondary on there) and Dell doesn't send secondaries to everyone. The rest of the schools will send you an email with the prompts.
This will happen after TMDSAS has verified your app, sent it to the schools, and the schools have taken it into their system.

Ok that's makes sense. Thank you again! Take care @wysdoc
