Howard and Morehouse mainly admit applicants from the African American community. You have several state public schools on your list that admit few non residents with your stats and no connection to the state. I suggest these schools with your stats:
Maryland
West Virginia
Eastern Virginia
Virginia Commonwealth
Wake Forest
NOVA MD
Belmont
Alice Walton
Roseman
TCU
Creighton
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State

Vermont

Also apply to DO schools and I suggest these:
WVSOM
VCOM (all schools)
CUSOM
PCOM (all schools)
LECOM (all schools)
Touro-NY
NYITCOM
ACOM
UIWSOM
AZCOM
CCOM
DMU-COM
KCU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
MU-COM

I don't have a sense of your purpose as a physician. Your clinical hours are okay but on the low side. Your nonclinical work with the homeless shelter is probably okay, but you can use more. Given the lack of information, the profile looks okay but not outstanding. I hope your essays provide some excitement to schools high on your list.
