Without any stated community service activities demonstrating non-clinical service orientation, your application could be at risk of being screened out at most schools. Most of your activities regarding tutoring, library work, or teaching show academic competency and are represented by most premeds (so it doesn't help you stand out). Is there a reason why you are not considering a research-oriented career (master's or doctorate) because your hours and activities point strongly in that direction? Nothing in the profile suggests a purpose as a physician, so schools looking for mission fit will pass on such a profile.

What would be included in non-clinical service orientation? And what examples would fit suggesting a purpose as a physician? Also, do you recommend I apply to more or just bank on taking a couple of years off?

Typically, prehealth applicants will have the following non-clinical service orientation activities, face-to-face/on the front lines: food distribution, shelter volunteer, job/tax preparation, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation. Being involved in the military or as a first-responder (fire or police) for a significant amount of time also addresses this competency. Minimum 150 hours at submission to avoid getting screened out, 250 hours minimum to be considered at "brand-name" schools. As pointed out in another thread, many desirable applicants will have 1000+ hours at submission, especially after having taken growth years after graduation.

TL/DR: Show me that multiple, diverse communities trust you to address their social (not just health) needs. Advocacy is one facet of this relationship.

I see. Does that mean I'm kinda screwed this year...?

Your list is top heavy for an applicant with your lack of non clinical volunteering. I suggest adding these schools:
Tufts
Vermont
Jefferson
Temple
Penn State
Virginia Commonwealth
Wake Forest
Medical College Wisconsin
USF Morsani
Western Michigan
TCU

There are over 100 medical schools, so you never know if 1 school goes beyond the norm. I give you insight into apparent weaknesses that should help keep your expectations realistic about the cycle.

Okay thank you, both of you!
