Metrics are great. I commend supporting your neurodivergent peers, but I don't see identifiable activities involving community service orientation (food distribution, shelter volunteer, job/tax preparation, transportation services, housing rehabilitation), especially off-campus or unaffiliated with a campus organization. One should have 150 hours to avoid getting screened out at most medical schools, but 250+ for the "brand school" application pool which the OP aspires to play in. I can consider the youth grief counselor role (only 100 hours), but more activities with other under-resourced communities (in the United States) will strengthen the profile.
