You will have to fill out the TMDSAS application to apply to Baylor (unless you are applying MD/PhD)
so, you might as well add UTSW to your list because you will almost certainly get an early interview with your stats.

I had similar stats to yours, but slightly different extracurriculars. Given that, I think lots of these schools are in range for you!

To add on to the "wise" @wysdoc above, Baylor's tough to shoot for as an OOS applicant, but not impossible. It does add the stress of needing to do an entirely different application system (just about doubling your work). If you love Baylor (and possibly UTSW!) and love the idea of being in Texas, put in the work to do the TMDSAS application well. Otherwise, it might be easier to focus on AMCAS schools of similar caliber.
