How many hours of nonclinical volunteering do you have?

About 552 as the counselor which was actually just a young people’s voice box initiative and we made some healthy drinks and did campaigning against energy drinks. We also focused other youth related issues like on cyber bullying and did some journalism for the BBC on youth sports.

Plus, 160h tutoring

You have several state public schools on your list that admit few non residents with your stats and no connection to the state. I suggest adding these schools:
Creighton
Rush
Medical College Wisconsin
Wayne State
Tulane
NOVA MD
USF Morsani
Drexel
temple
Jefferson
Hackensack
New York Medical College
Vermont
Quinnipiac

Your MCAT scores may be average for screening purposes, so you may be screened as a 510 for interview consideration. You have two data points for PREview... it seems those scores are consistent so they could be valued for programs that require it.

Does your original list includes Casper schools? How did you do?

You have done well in public health, so why change?

Just to add to @Faha's comments, the schools on your list that won't consider OOS students, really, at all are:

University of South Carolina School of Medicine – Greenville
Florida State University College of Medicine (but other Florida schools may consider you, go by the MCAT)
Carle Illinois College of Medicine (because you are not an engineering major)
Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine
Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine
Northeast Ohio Medical University
University of Minnesota Medical School - Twin Cities

I didn’t add any Casper schools n didn’t take the exam so have no result.

I think not wanting to do public health is because of really wanting to work one-on-one with patients in their health journeys is what I feel is the kind of impact that I want to create. I feel I have much to offer in being more involved with specific patient cases and working bottom up from daily medical practice to public health to guide research which I want to continue to do. I also felt a huge lack of medical knowledge and training in creating interventions which physicians with their training working with patients were much better at informing. I would always work under their guidance and want to follow their footsteps in being a physician-innovator in primary care.

How much nonclinical volunteering with the underserved have you done in the US?

I get that, and this is a very common answer. I don't get that strong a confirming impression from your activities description so hopefully your application makes this clear. I'm good with the study applying telehealth to low income areas, but this doesn't tell me much about that one on one connection (as it stands). So much of your community service is clinic adjacent, and we want to be sure you have that empathy outside of a healthcare context. There didn't seem to be 150 hours of such service orientation activities though you study low SES communities in an academic/research context, it seems.

Probably about 240 given tutoring, in a homeless shelter and working on an children’s education funding club in college

Thank you for this helpful comment.

Is there anything else that I should make sure I emphasis for things that seem missing or may be something to be considered going into the cycle?

I am a fellow applicant and not an admissions expert by any means, but I believe the following schools from your list will give you, at most, very minimal consideration solely due to residency status.
Be sure to include the schools from Faha's list. Otherwise this could be a classic case of a ginormous school list that, when analyzed further, really only contained a handful of schools that would give your application a fair shot.

Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine
Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo
University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Medicine
University of South Carolina School of Medicine – Greenville
University of Alabama at Birmingham Marnix E. Heersink School of Medicine
University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health
Cooper Medical School of Rowan University
University of Kansas School of Medicine
University of Kentucky College of Medicine
Florida State University College of Medicine
Carle Illinois College of Medicine
University of California – Riverside School of Medicine(If not from I.E)
University of Maryland School of Medicine
Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine
Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine
Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine
Northeast Ohio Medical University

I can't give you more advice since I mentioned I lack any details that you included on your application. You just need to be aware in your writing and interviewing.
