I'm assuming you're applying next year. Very highly recommend getting more clinical volunteering hours (preferably 150+). That's gonna be the biggest thing holding you back right now.

I agree. You need lots more clinical experience. You have enough shadowing. Your nonclinical volunteering is questionable imo. Your mission trip isn’t impressive and you might want leave it out entirely. The food bank is fine . The tutoring is okay but most applicants have that on their applications. What was the youth tournament about? What population was the tournament geared towards? What did you do?

It was geared towards high school age kids in the sport I play at my university. I helped plan, coordinate, and finance this tournament through my university and then ran the 3 day tournament (2x).
