I am a reapplicant! Last cycle I applied to 4 schools super late in the cycle (October). I interviewed at UNC and USC-Greenville. Waitlisted at both. Last cycle I didn't have a masters gpa when I applied and I applied late.
So what has changed this cycle is that I've taken 30 credit hours in my masters of physiology and have done really well. Trying to make up for that lackluster undergrad gpa 😢

Some of the schools you listed expect many more hours of non clinical volunteering to the underserved such as Rush. I would suggest:

thank you for pointing that out, I didn't know that! Would I be wasting my time applying to Duke? It's in state for me and I saw they consider post bacc work on MSAR which is why I put it on my list.

You could add it on as a reach school since it seems it would be a top choice for you.

Quinnipiac and Miami could be worthwhile adds too.
