Your lack of clinical volunteering will limit your chances for interviews. In the coming year you should accumulate 150+hours of non clinical volunteering such as food bank, homeless shelter, etc. in case you need to reapply. At top tier schools you will be competing with applicants who have many hundreds of hours of similar activities and you have none. I suggest these schools with your stats:
UVA
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
Virginia Tech
West Virginia
Wake Forest
NOVA MD
USF Morsani
Miami
Belmont
Alice Walton
Roseman
TCU
Medical College Wisconsin
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont
George Washington
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
Hackensack
Hofstra
New York Medical College
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Tufts

You lack any service orientation activities, making your file at risk of being screened out at most schools. What you have done (sports coaching) doesn't stretch you out of your comfort zone, which undermines your narrative. Where do you list helping elderly patients?
