Different schools have different admissions processes ie some may take your last 45 credit gpa more seriously or look at everything in stages (ie Illinois examines grades then st the next stage looks at experience). I would look into what each other schools you listed outline for their admissions process to see if your stats are a good fit.

Additionally, I would make sure that the credits still in progress is lower than what is the required limit with the schools listed.
