I've been to 70 shadowing sessions between Dr. Grey's eshadowing and Dr. Fowler's Virtual Shadowing

Imo,

Remove Stanford, UCLA, Duke unless there is a compelling life story or EC that can’t be gleaned from your post

These are all reaches that are more attainable than the ones that I suggested be removed. If one of the aforementioned is a dream school that you would lose sleep over not applying in the future, then by all means apply, but I think the list of schools to add are more feasible
