Hi! I am new to this forum looking for advice on my school list. Mostly thinking about what I should remove if any (I p/f a class during COVID and it’s narrowed my options down a bit). I know my GPA is probably the weakest thing about my application, looking for schools that would offer a bit more grace on that. Thank you!!

sGPA: 3.5
MCAT: 521 (132/130/127/132)
CA ORM female (white/middle eastern)
Biology major at UC school, 2 gap years
Clinical experiences:
Paid clinical: 900 hours as derm MA
Clinical volunteering: 250 total (medical screenings for refugees, ER triage volunteer)
Research: retrospective study with radiation oncology ~1 year, first author on abstract submitted to conference (will know if it is accepted in ~1 month)
Shadowing: 162 total: 130 hours with radiation oncology, 24 with dermatology, 8 with pediatrics
Non-clinical volunteering: 200 (food bank, welcome team for refugee family from afghanistan)
Non-clinical employment: 3200 hours, mostly food service. Was a manager at a store on campus for three years.
Extracurriculars: TA for one quarter (120 hours), study abroad for health and sustainable development for one summer
Other thing to note: I have a non academic IA from my sophomore year (residence hall violation, disciplinary probation for one quarter after)
