You are missing service orientation activities such as food distribution, shelter volunteering, job/tax preparation, legal support, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation. You must have 150 hours of such activities or your application will be at risk of getting screened out at most schools. If your intention is to apply to brand schools, you need 250 hours to keep pace with most of the applicants in your pool.

What you have listed (blood bank, crisis hotline) is very health adjacent. Without specific responsibilities, it will be challenging for me to know how you grew in your experiences or how they are relevant to your purpose as a physician. They also may not show the diverse exposure to broader communities in need in a face-to-face fashion. Crisis hotline is a stepping stone to more substantive face-to-face interactions that you would have in shelters.

What is the nature of your IA?

Undergrad Teaching Assistant, hosting section/office hours, grading papers, etc.. Also thank you for the advice I will start trying to add some service volunteering ASAP.
