Welcome to the forums. Are you seriously considering rural medicine? Could you be more specific how your activities help us know this is what you want to do?

As it stands, your hours feel light. I think your non-clinical volunteering might be on the cusp of getting screened in. I don't know if there is anything you have disclosed that would compel me to interview you. What is your purpose as a physician?

Your GPA is on the low end, so along with your relatively low community service hours, you might not have enough to snag an interview based on what you have disclosed. I could be wrong of course, but I just don't see why you want to be a physician.

To be honest, my passion for medicine started with the constant visits to the hospital when both my grandma and I were diagnosed with cancer. Mine was early so I was able to be treated pretty quickly but since my grandma was stage 3 it took longer for her to get better. The difference in care between myself and my grandma sparked curiosity within me. Later on, I learned about elder abuse in hospitals and decided to minor in gerontology to really understand that community. That's where I was able to volunteer as a respite provider in hospice and connect not only with the individual but the family as well. Personally I want to model tireless advocacy for my patients, providing compassionate care to all my patients regardless of their age, gender, sex, etc. Medicine to me is about more than treatment—it's about restoring a person's self, which drives my commitment to this career.
