obviously very top-heavy (actually all top lmao) and so far short. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Do you have any non clinical volunteering hours (outside of college tutoring) ?
yes, at the daycare (60) and also prior to being co-president of my pre-med club i was community service co-chair. oh also the tutoring is paid by Cornell, but free for students! (aka not volunteer hours)

Your lack of non clinical volunteering hours will limit your chances for interviews at top tier schools. Some schools screen at 150 hours and at top tier schools you will be competing with applicants who have many hundreds or thousands of hours of non clinical volunteering AND 520+ MCAT scores.
I suggest adding these schools to your application:
Tufts
UMass
Hofstra
Jefferson
Cincinnati
USF Morsani
SUNY Downstate
Colorado
Iowa

None of these activities addresses service orientation as described, and this makes your application vulnerable to getting screened out at most schools.

You really have no nonclinical volunteering, at least not what schools are lookingforAnd what about shadowing? Do you have any shadowing, especially with a primary care doc? You only need 50 hours here.
When are you applying. And be aware, projected hours really don’t count for much.

I do have shadowing, forgot to list that. i would say considering the volunteer work i did for my pre-med club (we work with the community) and KDSAP i have ~100 hours of non-clinical volunteering. guess i'll have to rely on other parts of my app! i'm applying this cycle.
