Looking for some advice on my school list and how to make the best use out of my gap year.

Stats: cGPA: 3.97, sGPA: 4.0, MCAT: 522 (130/132/131/129)
Biomedical engineering major with chemistry and biology minors

Extracurriculars:
Poster presentation at a medical device conference (biomedical engineering capstone project)
- also recently received a university grant for this project
Clinical research volunteer for 80 hours over 3 weeks during one summer
Hospital volunteer for 130 hours
Volunteer with disabled children for 40 hours
110 hours shadowing hospitalist and family care doc
Chemistry lab TA for 50 hours
Science tutor for 200 hours
400 hours working in a restaurant
