You should add more schools. I suggest adding these:
Jefferson
George Washington
New York Medical College
Colorado
Illinois
Cut schools including Pittsburgh, Vanderbilt, NYU since they admit on average only 1 international student per year and those are likely internal candidates.

Thank you! This is super helpful to know. I already submitted those three lol so I guess I'll see what happens. I think I can only add Colorado because I'm abroad this year and can't interview in person. I also added UNC Chapel Hill. In addition to US schools I'm shooting my shots at two Canadian ones. I know they are long shots but I speak French so hopefully at least that would help with at least the one in Québec. Do you have any advice on Canadian schools?

I am not familiar with the Canadian schools.

We do have a forum on Canada/Canadian schools that isn't very active. Interesting, the Premed 101 Forum which focuses on Canadian med school admissions doesn't seem to be very busy either. You might get answers about your chances with Canadian programs there. I would presume that your metrics would be more than satisfactory, so it's a question of how focused they are on their residents.

If you are still open to American medical schools in Asia, check them all out. Again, your metrics don't seem to be a barrier. They may be discussed in our International Forum.

Canada is rather strict about their schools being for Canadian residents. You would have had to attend a college there to probably even be considered.

Thanks everyone for the resources and advice! I will focus on US schools for now and think about Canadian schools after I'm done with secondaries :)
