It does not appear that you have any community service that is not otherwise clinically linked or adjacent. That might hurt your chances as many schools like to see people be involved with community service. With your low GPA, you can't afford to have additional reasons to screen you out.

What is your attraction to the midwest? I would rule out Roseman because the 3-year curriculum really demands strong academic results. Why isn't Stony Brook listed?
