You omitted state of residence but it's most likely NY so hopefully you hear back from the NY schools.
I think Meharry and Howard were essentially donations as they are HBCUs and favor minorities.
The other schools look decent enough.
Is your masters a one year program or two year? Do dental schools already have your transcript with the 3.8, or is it a hypothetical based on this fall 2020 semester?
Also, masters and undergrad GPAs aren't combined to create an "overall" GPA.... they're two separate things that are looked at separately.

thanks for your reply! the 3.8 is based off of my Fall 2019 and Winter 2020 semester so they already have this GPA, and yes state is NY. I have one last semester which I am hoping will maintain the 3.8 or maybe even slightly increase my GPA, my program is meant to be 1 year but I took an extra semester to further boost up my grades

Your situation is definitely a tough one because a lot of schools unfortunately just throw away anyone under a 3.0 because of cutoffs. However, you do have a great trend with your masters and a solid DAT. So I think you do definitely have a chance, but applying to a few more schools certainly wouldn't hurt to increase your odds.
