Hi,
3.71 cGPA 3.62 sGPA, had 1 or 2 tough semesters with college baseball (not meant as an excuse, just to clarify)
507 MCAT (got it back today) 128/123/129/127
Was pretty crushed, range on AAMC FLs for CARS was 127-129, not sure what happened
Pretty strong ECs:
8k clinical hours (am 29 years old) EMT/ MA (split between large university and rural family med clinic)
1k volunteer firefighter/ EMT
NCAA D2 athlete
Low-income/ FAP (not sure this matters)
Student senate/ Science and Engineering student body president 2 years
Various other clinical/ non clinical volunteering
Cohesive story/ narrative
4k lab scientist/ research associate in biotech company
Wisconsin Resident

Any advice? Already submitted app to 20 MDs. Applying UW Madison rural med program and MCW rural, USUHS too. Planning on applying DO as well. Just feeling crushed by my CARS score knowing I may be screened out.

Wisconsin resident, ORM
5k MA hours split between large university cardiology and rural medicine primary care
Little to no academic research experience (however do have 4k hours as a Lab Scientist in biotech bench work)
Shadowing: ED/ Cardiology/ Primary 24 hours total, hopefully adding some more prior to applying
1500 non clinical volunteering hours, about 1k as firefighter/ EMT, other miscellaneous volunteering with college organization I led.
300 clinical volunteer in pediatric psych
D2 athlete, led SAAC organization, 2 years student gov as head of...

I apologize, I did post that prior to my actual mcat, was along the lines of my practice tests and what I was scoring.

You are competitive for all DO schools and I suggest these:

PCOM
LECOM
NYITCOM
Touro-NY
CUSOM
TUNCOM
For MD schools add the newer ones such as Belmont, Alice Walton, Roseman.
