sgpa: 3.5
Ugrad sgpa: 2.7
post bac sgpa 3.67 (only took basic bio/chem at ugrad)

Mcat: 503 (124/127/127/125) retake 508 (126/125/127/130)

Ec: lots of good ECs with variety( including 3 years research working on publication) I dont want to be too specific

1 in state school that loves oos
I need help with my school list

Based on your stats alone, you should be competitive for any DO and lower tier MD programs. You leaving out virtually all your ECs doesn't leave much to work with.

Ok
ECs:

100 hrs ER volunteering
500 hrs volunteering at summer camp for kids with special needs
physician shadowing in nearly every specialty including peds and adult care
club leadership
presentation at a national conference
3 yrs research w/ expected publication in the next few months
new clinical job working as a health care tech (1:1 pt interaction)

I recommend:
Any DO school. I can't recommend Touro-NY, Nova, Wm Carey, LUCOM, for different reasons. MSUCOM? Read up on Larry Nasser and you decide.

I'm not sanguine about MD, except maybe your state school.

If OP's uGPA was 3.8, do you think he would have a good MD (low or mid-tier) chance with those MCAT scores?
