Ivy League Undergrad
Clinical experience (volunteer only) : 500 hours
Research experience and productivity : 1200 hours (neuroscience research, 3 posters, 1 preprint pub)
Shadowing experience: 60 hours
Non-clinical volunteering : 360 hours

My current list is too top heavy and I'm hoping for suggestions on schools I can apply to make it more balanced. Location-wise, I do prefer schools on the East/West Coast.

What is the breakdown by activities and hours for your non clinical volunteering?
My nonclinical volunteering was teaching English to underserved communities; I did it over 3 years and accumulated the 360 hours. I also started a new volunteer position recently passing out supplies to unhoused populations
