Concerned because I feel that I have too many public schools on my list. The O/S acceptance rates at these schools are pretty damn good according to MSARS but still feeling uneasy... Please let me know which schools I should add/remove. There is still time to strengthen my app so please give me some suggestions.

Why do have a preference for OOS public schools such as Oregon, Michigan, Ohio State and UMass ? Remove those and consider adding these:
Boston University
Tufts
Einstein
Rochester
Pittsburgh
Jefferson
Western Michigan
Miami
USF Morsani
St. Louis
Tulane
