My biggest concern is not having a legal state of residence. I lived in a midwestern state for elementary and middle school, but my family moved back to our home country for high school. For college, I went to UCSD because my cousins lived in SD. I have all my legal documents (car registration, DL, bank) linked to my cousin's home in Cali. I don't think I am considered an international applicant since I have had a green card since elementary school (never bothered to apply for citizenship since I lived abroad after obtaining it). Feel free to correct me if I am wrong tho!

Have no regional preferences & applying primarily for MDs (do I need to include DOs also?)

All clinical hours were done in the States (San Diego).

My high school diploma was granted from an "American high school" in a foreign country with an American curriculum. I got all my AP credits and such from the school.

I do not believe I qualify for FAP as I am not SES disadvantaged.
