I'm aware this is pretty top heavy and I would like to know some mid-level/safety schools I should add.

You could add any of these schools:
Miami
USF Morsani
Washington University (in St. Louis)
Tulane
Jefferson
Hofstra
Mount Sinai
Rochester
East Tennessee
Tufts
Carle Illinois (your background is what they are looking for)

Definitely meant to include Carle Illinois in my original list, but I will certainly check out the others. Thanks for the suggestions!!

You’ve got a shot at top schools, although you should have as many midtiers as top schools on your list. Good luck.
