Wait. Was there an IA or would you be self-incriminating? Making a mistake and learning from it, as you say you have done, is great but if there was not a formal IA or disciplinary action, you could potentially damage your chances.

My school technically took action, but it's nowhere in my transcript or record. My school doesn't provide committee letters. I'll talk to AAMC/more people about it, but for now I want to plan for the worst case scenario and assume it was a full IA.
Ok, that makes sense. You must report then since action was taken. It will hurt you, so kudos to you for getting ahead of it and preparing to address.
