  1. cGPA and sGPA as calculated by AMCAS or AACOMAS- cGPA:3.80 and sGPA:3.76

I'm working as a full time clinical research coordinator during the gap years. Debating if I should continue with that or if there is something more helpful.
  11. Relevant honors or awards-Cum Laude, Dean’s List
  12. Anything else not listed you think might be important-I applied to 22 schools as listed below. 1 post-interview rejection, 21 pre-interview rejections. I submitted my secondaries a bit late, between late July-early September.
School List:
Albert Einstein College of Medicine
California University of Science and Medicine-(The school I interviewed with)
Cooper Medical School of Rowan University
Drexel University College of Medicine
Emory University School of Medicine

Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University
The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University
Tufts University School of Medicine
University of California, Davis, School of Medicine
University of California, Irvine, School of Medicine
University of California, Los Angeles David Geffen School of Medicine
University of California, Riverside School of Medicine
University of California, San Diego School of Medicine-(Rejected after Hold)
University of California, San Francisco, School of Medicine
University of Connecticut School of Medicine
University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine
University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry

I’m mostly at a loss for what I should improve besides submitting secondaries earlier.
Should I plan to re-apply next cycle or is this there something I should take more time to improve?

Edited with more details about what I specifically did.

I appreciate the emphasis on your metrics, but you will be assessed holistically. Thus, what you actually did matters.

For example: how much of your non-clinical volunteering was done face-to-face, and do you have any traditional community service (food distribution, shelter work, job placement services, home renovation services)? What exactly did you do with your clinical experience (paid/unpaid)?

It is possible that you could still be accepted to California University. You would benefit from another 20 hours of physician shadowing and any non clinical and clinical volunteering hours you can do between now and June. As you already know from your current cycle, it is difficult for CA residents to gain an acceptance at a CA school. A broader and better school list would also help. I suggest these schools if you reapply in June:
TCU
Creighton
St. Louis
Medical College Wisconsin
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont
Tulane
USF Morsani
Miami
NOVA MD
Wake Forest
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
George Washington
Georgetown
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Pittsburgh
Hackensack
Cincinnati
Hofstra
Einstein
Mount Sinai
New York Medical College
Albany
Rochester
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Tufts
Kaiser
California University
UC Irvine
UC Davis
USC Keck
Loma Linda (if you fit their mission)
