Your lack of volunteering with the underprivileged is holding you back. You should also have someone review your writing and your LOR (do you have a premedical advisor)?
What I'd recommend is start working on that non-clinical service work IMMEDIATELY - go find a soup kitchen somewhere nearby and start volunteering for as many hours a week as you can
It is your lack of non clinical volunteering that resulted in your poor cycle. If you reapply, you should accumulate 200+ hours of non clinical volunteering such as food bank, homeless shelters etc. . Post your new MCAT score here when available.
I agree with the others: Lack of community service hours is a real weakness in your profile.
I also agree with you that you aimed a little too high. Finally, also look at the way you presented yourself via your applications. Did you discuss what you learned from your clinical, volunteer, and other experiences? What was your impact? Why did you make the choices you made or how have your experiences influenced your choices and interests? As @LunaOri suggested, have someone experienced in med school applications review your app and evaluate whether you told your story well and demonstrated alignment with the schools you were applying too.
