Hello, thank you for taking the time to read my post. I’m wondering if I should retake the MCAT for a higher score. Please do not quote.

Cumulative GPA: 3.96
Science GPA: 4.0
MCAT Score: 508 (126/125/128/129)
Undergraduate Major: Spanish
State of Residence: Connecticut
Ethnicity/race: ORM
Clinical experience:
100 hours volunteering at a hospital (suspended due to pandemic)
No Research
Physician shadowing:

50 hours with a pulmonologist
50 hours with ophthalmologists
Non Clinical Volunteering:
150 hours as a volunteer English teacher for immigrants and refugees
80 hours tutoring elementary and high school students
100 hours at a local soup kitchen
Hobbies: Soccer

My average was around a 512 for FLs, and I definitely scored lower than usual on the C/P section (128-130 on FLs). I feel that I could do better, but it may end up just being 2 to 3 points. I struggle significantly with CARS and find it very difficult to improve in (I typically score 124-125 on FLs). I understand my clinical and non clinical volunteering might be low. Would it be a good idea to retake the MCAT? What would my chances be for this cycle and what are some ways I can improve my application. Thank you.

The GPA-MCAT grid shows you have a ~80% chance for a MD acceptance. Those are good odds. Apply this month and submit all your secondaries by July.
I suggest these schools:
UConn
Quinnipiac
Vermont
Albany
New York Medical College
Seton Hall
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
George Washington
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
Wake Forest
NOVA MD
Tulane
TCU-UNT
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Another 100+ hours of clinical volunteering would help your chances.

With that MCAT score, you need some DO schools on your list. Start with UNECOM, NYITCOM, PCOM LECOM and the NY Touros.

Everybody "feels they can do better" on the MCAT. Anybody can hit .300 in batting practice, but when it came to facing real live major league fast ball, you did perform as expected. Such is real life.
