Remove Utah and UNC since they admit few non residents with no connection to the state. Remove Georgetown since they are looking for applicants with many more hours of clinical exposure and non clinical volunteering than you have. Your lack of shadowing and non clinical volunteering will limit your chances for interviews but you should receive some interest from your Michigan schools. You could add these:
Central Michigan
USF Morsani
Washington University (in St, Louis-they like high MCATs)
Hofstra
