Where in Florida did you grow up?

I don't get a sense of your mission fit. Push yourself to get above 150 hours with the food bank; you aren't that far off.

What campus leadership activities do you have? It's not obvious from your description.

If you want us to narrow your MD list to stay within the AMCAS FAP limit of 20, here's my feedback. Generally, be a bit more reasonable with the low GPA ranges of some of the schools on the list. Others will help you with specific lists and cuts.

Carle (7) prefers those from highly quantitative majors, like engineering or physics. Check if you fulfill their course prerequisites in this area; it doesn't look like you do.

Rush (8) and some of the Jesuit/Catholic schools like to see applicants with more community service than what you have listed (120 food bank).

USUHS/Hebert (10). Are you also applying to HPSP? Are you comfortable with the military commitment?

North Dakota (15), West Virginia (22). ??? Not usually friendly to OOS, especially focused on rural medicine mission fit.

Brown (20), CWRU (30), Pittsburgh (31), Michigan (32). Stat match???

Striking these 9 gets you down to 24. Strike the 3 Catholic schools (5, 12, 13) to get to 21, plus your in-states.

I grew up in very urban south FL and before that a tiny rural village in eastern Europe, but was born in south FL

You have many OOS public schools on your list that admit few non residents with no connection to the state. Also several schools that expect far more non clinical volunteering than you have. You do not need to complete the secondaries for all those DO schools.
I suggest these DO schools from your list:
Florida:
1. Burrell COM
2. LECOM Bradenton
3. NSU-KPCOM both campuses
Out of State:
