Please let me know my chances and help me with drafting a school list.

Rush and Loyola expect far more non clinical volunteering hours than you have and Missouri admits few non residents.
I suggest these schools with your stats:
U Illinois
Southern Illinois
Rosalind Franklin
Carle Illinois (you fit their profile)
Medical College Wisconsin
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Colorado
Iowa
Ponce (St. Louis)
TCU
NOVA MD
Miami
Wake Forest
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
George Washington
Penn State
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Hackensack
New York Medical College
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Dartmouth
Tufts
Roseman
Alice Walton
Belmont
Arizona State University School of Medicine and Advanced Medical Engineering (when it opens)

Get more non-clinical volunteering especially with your food bank work. That will help your chances.
Thank you for your reply. Could you please let me know my chances, assuming I don't accumulate any more non-clinical volunteering hours? If it helps, I'm a traditional applicant. I'm not sure if admission committees have lower extracurricular expectations from traditional applicants or not.

150 hours of food pantry may just be enough to avoid getting screened out at most schools, but mission fit becomes very important. Your profile here doesn't show me why I would want to invite you to a campus/virtual interview. There are many more applicants with more hours whose application may be more compelling or attractive.
