Could you please retype your school list more legibly so people can decipher and advise? Thanks

Your lack of non clinical volunteering hours will limit your chances for interviews. Schools such as Loyola and Rush are looking for applicants with many hundreds or thousands of hours of activities such as food bank, homeless shelter, etc. At top tier schools will be competing with applicants with several hundred hours of non clinical volunteering.

You seem to list no service orientation activities as Faha has noted: food distribution, shelter volunteer, job/tax preparation, legal support, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation. You must have 150 hours minimum or your file could get screened out at most schools. I recommend 250 minimum for high-metrics applicant pools (going for "name brand" schools) to keep pace with your peers in the applicant pool. As noted, many schools look for applicants showing a commitment to service in the form of hundreds to thousands of hours upon submission.

I also think your profile appears to be a bit low on clinical experience. Are you doing a gap year? It's not clear from the profile.

You have a lot of teaching and tutoring, so your profile looks good for a masters (education, science/biology education).

Washington State favors in-state applicants, but they really like applicants committed to rural health. Do you have this, or want this?
