WAMC/School List - 512/3.7 GPA Non-Trad, Tech background

Hi All,

Looking to gauge if I'm being delusional or overly cautious with this list. Profile below:

Background:

• Strong ties to DMV area, would like to stay as close as possible.
• ORM (South Asian / White), Woman
• Went to private Liberal Arts College
• CS Degree, interested in interdisciplinary study/ focus with medicine
• 3 gap years

Stats:

• cGPA: 3.7, sGPA: 3.61
• MCAT score: 512 - CP 125, CARS 129, BIO 128, PS, 130

EC's:

• Clinical experience: ~1500h (probably more) EMT w/ local fire department, ~52h ER shadowing, ~ 64h Hospital Volunteer
• Research experience: ~300h Undergrad computational research, ~550h Senior thesis, 2 posters, 2 conferences, no pubs 🙁
• Non-clinical volunteering: ~200h cat shelter volunteer/Adoption coordinator, ~50 hrs protest de-escalator for women's right's advocacy group, ~100h volunteer w/ county HHS program for domestic violence / SA victims.
• Other: ~2500h NCAA D3 Athlete, 350h student org president, ~4500h Tech consulting work w/ pharmaceutical / life sciences clients (gap years job)

Misc:

• Ties to Tufts, GW and Hopkins
• Letters from Research PI/Thesis advisor, CS Thesis Advisor, Orgo professor, Coach, Gap Year Boss and Fire Captain.
• Willing to apply to 40 ish schools, so I never have to do this application again 🙂
