Can you break down your 250 hours of non clinical volunteering by activity ?
Sinai, Pittsburgh, Northwestern and Einstein (because of free tuition) are also reachesYour diversity of experiences should aid in getting interviews. Attending an Ivy will also help. I think your non clinical volunteering is good, as you have multiple activities and have experience serving those who are less fortunate than yourself. I don’t think you need to apply DO. Perhaps expand your MD school. Shoot your shot at some reaches, but don’t go overboard. It is possible you’ll get an interview from a T20. Bolded schools are reaches.

So why not go for an MPH now versus going for medicine now? The lack of details doesn't give me a reason to sway faculty opinions that you seem more invested there (100 clinical hours plus a rather large number of shadowing). What is your theme?Attended Ivy; Humanities major with an extensive honors research project in senior year related to medicine; social sciences minor. I plan to make this the theme of my app.
