I need to get some, will the clinical be enough or no?
Food distribution, shelter volunteer, job/tax preparation, transportation services, housing rehabilitation?

Clinical inherently has service orientation, but we want to know if you are intrinsically motivated towards service orientation if there is no "clinical"/"health" aspect to your work.

UNC admits very few non residents with a MCAT of 514 and no connection to the state. You could add any of these schools to your application:
Wake Forest
Belmont
Virginia Commonwealth
George Washington
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Hackensack
New York Medical College
Albany
Quinnipiac
Tufts
Oakland Beaumont
Western Michigan
Medical College Wisconsin
Rosalind Franklin
