Do well in your SMP (3.7+) and the doors will open much wider. Note that some schools may wind up waiting until your first set of SMP grades come in before deciding to accept you more enthusiastically.

You have a good list and should receive several interviews. You could add MU-COM, UP-KYCOM .
I am considering a MCAT retake due to the imbalance in my scores should I be concerned? My MCAT is enough for an interview at KCUCOM as long as I get a 3.5 gpa but want to apply broadly as a back up.

502 (123/128/124/127)

I'm hoping doing well in the SMP will counterbalance the lower science MCAT scores.

Your MCAT scores are not competitive for Touro CA and TCOM and OSU-COM accepts few non residents. Your MCAT of 502 is fine for the other schools.
