So basically, I'm a Junior right now, and I feel like I may have invested too much time into ROTC extracurriculars, rather than focusing on getting more volunteer or research experience or more shadowing hours. Will my lack of the normal amount of pre-med experience hours severely impact my chances? I'm also looking for advice on what schools I could apply to that might value the extra leadership experience more.
