1. cGPA = 3.92, sGPA = 3.93
2. MCAT = 508
3. State of residence or country of citizenship (if non-US) = NY resident
4. Ethnicity and/or race = Asian (1st gen immigrant, don't know if that makes a difference)
5. Undergrad = State school
6. Clinical experience (volunteer and non-volunteer) = approx. 3100 hrs
7. Research experience = 360 hrs in ED
8. Shadowing experience = Approx. 100 hrs
9. Non-clinical volunteering = 250 hrs, and approx. 100 hrs as a TA for biochemistry
10. Relevant honors or awards = Dean's List all the semesters

Would you recommend taking the MCAT again, if not do I have good chances this upcoming cycle ?

Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
Wake Forest

Apply in June and submit all your secondaries by July

Thank you for your response. Also, do you think I should apply to any other FL schools because I did go to FIU for like 4 semesters before I transferred to NY.

MCAT of 508 is a little low but not completely out of range. That said, I would put together a DO school list.

I'm sure Florida schools would love to take your money as an OOS student, but check on ones who are OOS friendly. That said you would probably need a higher MCAT for the MD schools.

I need more info on your non-clinical community service. Exclude the tutoring/teaching from your hours.

For non-clinical volunteering, I volunteered as a SAT tutor and a mentor at a high school in NYC for approximately 10-15 students, most of the kids were from low SES background. I also volunteered at a Soup kitchen and at my local temple.

I will apply to some DO schools, so far, I'm thinking about PCOM, NYITCOM, TOURO, Rowan SOM.

So, do you recommend taking the MCAT again, I was scoring in the range of 513-515 on my practice FLs.

No, all the other Florida schools give preference to Florida residents to varying degrees.

I suggest:
Jefferson (maybe)
U VM
GWU
VCU
Rush
NYMC
Gtown
Creighton
Albany
Rosy Franklin
Drexel
Temple
Miami
MCW
SLU
Wayne State
Tulane
Loyola
Loma Linda (only if you are SDA or a very devout Christian)
Netter
Hackensack Meridian
EVMS
Oakland-B
Uniformed Services University/Hebert (just be aware of the military service commitment)
TCU/UNT
ALL SUNYs

Any DO program. Include UNECOM. I can't recommend LMU, ARCOM, RVU, Nova, BCOM, ICOM and LUCOM, for different reasons. MSUCOM? Read up on Larry Nasser and you decide. Avoid those new schools that haven't graduated a class yet, if at all possible.
