WAMC/School list help: CA ORM, 508 MCAT

Hi everyone. I just got my MCAT score back and I'm looking to apply in the upcoming cycle. I would appreciate any advice on my school list.

Stats:

• Immigrant, CA Resident, Filipino, graduated from UC school in 2023, started premed junior year of college
• 508 MCAT (127/124/128/129)
• sGPA: 3.86, cGPA: 3.82, graduated Phi Beta Kappa
• Non-clinical paid employment: 550 as cashier and front desk at a gym
• Non-clinical volunteering:
  • 80 hrs helping seniors with outdoor projects
  • 128 hrs youth basketball camp coach
• Clinical Volunteering: 185 over two different hospitals
• Unpaid clinical:
  • Clinical research study during undergrad: 150 hours
  • Neurofeedback Technician at ADHD clinic: 100 hours
• Paid Clinical:
  • MA pain management: 415 hours
  • Clinical Research Study in ED: 180 Hours
• Research: 1100 spent on project in ED
  • 1 poster presentation
  • 2nd author on another poster
  • 4th author on two other posters (are these worth including?)
• Shadowing: 80
• Is this considered Leadership or non-clinical volunteering?
  • 700 Hours as Head Student Manager for my universitys mens basketball team
• Intermural basketball coach/captain: 260 hours
• Hobbies: 1000 Weightlifting
• Projected: About to begin working as an MA in ortho/sports med clinic fulltime, will continue throughout cycle

Your lack of non clinical volunteering will limit your chances for interviews. You have only 80 hours (basketball coach is not what medical schools are looking for) and some schools screen at 150 hours. Accumulate 80+ hours in an activity such as food bank, homeless shelter, etc. before you submit your application. With a MCAT of 508 and lack of non clinical volunteering the majority of schools on your list are unrealistic.
