Georgetown, Rush, St. Louis, Creighton?? My application stressed my importance of service to my community through my job and the non-clinical volunteering. However, I am not sure I have enough non-clinical volunteering "service orientation" hours to be considered into these schools. Is providing free tennis lesson for under-resourced youth in the community considered service orientation? Or is that just teaching/tutoring?

Welcome to the forums.

I am not sure I have enough non-clinical volunteering "service orientation" hours to be considered into these schools. Is providing free tennis lesson for under-resourced youth in the community considered service orientation? Or is that just teaching/tutoring?
Yes, that is an extension of your athletic talent, similar to programs where STEM majors will teach under-resourced youth about STEM. So, it's teaching/tutoring. Furthermore, it doesn't show you able to stretch beyond your comfort zone as you are a subject expert in this role and not addressing direct needs of the students you are teaching them.

Your 100 hours of job/tax preparation is a great start on service orientation (we all do a poor job with financial education and understanding our tax and benefits system), so keep going.

Minnesota and Arizona Tucson admit few non residents with no connection to the state. You could add these schools:
Roseman
Alice Walton
Belmont
Methodist (when it opens)
Eastern Virginia
New York Medical College
