Oregon admits few non residents with no connection to the state. Washington University in particular likes high stat applicants. There are no weaknesses in your ECs.

I would limit your out of state schools to 10 or so that you like and would see as legitimate competition for the IS tuition you would pay at one of the Texas schools. I suggest:
