WAMC/School List Help: TX, 3.79, 504, ORM

Hi everyone, I am a Texas resident and would prefer staying in Texas but my MCAT score has resulted in me wanting to adjust my school list to include more DO schools. All help would be greatly appreciated!

1. cGPA: 3.79 and sGPA: 3.70 and Texas cGPA: 3.83 sGPA: 3.77
2. MCAT score 504 (C/P: 126, CARS: 122, B/B: 126, P/S: 129) -> 504 (C/P: 126, CARS: 125, B/B: 126, P/S: 127)
3. State of residence: Texas
4. Ethnicity: Asian
5. Clinical experience
   1. 600 hours as a PCT
   2. 200 hours as a hospital volunteer
   3. 70 hours volunteer scribing for family medicine doctor
6. Research experience
   1. ~200 hours in a psychology lab, no publications
7. Shadowing experience and specialties represented
   1. 30 hours shadowing a psychiatrist
   2. 30 hours shadowing the family medicine doctor from earlier who eventually wanted me to scribe for her
8. Non-clinical volunteering
   1. Animal shelter ~ 50 hours
   2. Volunteer at local mosque which also involves occasional work with organization that packages meals for the homeless (~150 hours)
9. Other extracurricular activities
   1. Weightlifting, hiking, long-exposure/night/city photography, reading autobiographies from veterans

    1. Train and manage 50+ hospital volunteers

    1. Honors award for every semester i was in undergraduate

Be honest with us here. Break down the hours of what you did. "Occasional work" means what...20 hours?

The occasional work involves packing food for specifically for the homeless as well as helping with the food pantry and while I’m not sure about the exact amount of hours, it would probably be between 20-30 hours. The rest of the hours (100+) mainly involves packaging and giving out food to the general community including giving food to the nearby homeless but a little bit of helping the mosque with maintenance/renovations. I’m not sure about how many hours I’ve helped with maintenance itself but I do know most of it is from packaging/handing out food.

I definitely recommend you really be very specific if you can so you don't give any screeners any doubt that you are embellishing your impact.
