I am planning on applying to all my in-state schools as well as most of the schools in PA. I'm not sure about how many/which other farther schools to apply to.

Shadowing: ~50 hours with 4 different specialties including primary care
Research: 1 year
Volunteer Clinical- 150 hours at a clinic serving uninsured patients. 50 hours on a service trip to Peru providing care to impoverished there.
Volunteer Non-Clinical - 30 hours in a program serving local elderly. 100+ hours delivering groceries to elderly during pandemic. 100+ hours in different tutoring/mentoring programs
Work - 900+ hours of ocean lifeguarding (including emergency patient interaction)
Leadership: peer health educator, treasurer of an intercollegiate sports team, director for AED honor society
