Your MD list has many state public schools that accept very few non residents with your stats including Central Michigan, Arizona, Cooper Rowan, UConn, South Carolina. UCLA is a far reach. For MD you could add Quinnipiac, NYMC, Temple, Oakland Beaumont, Creighton.

Thanks for the advice! Do you think I still have a shot at MDs with such low stats, but good ECs, clinical and research?

You could receive MD interviews but concentrate on your DO application and you could add more DO schools such as WVSOM, UP-KYCOM and ATSU-SOMA.
